How can we help?
willowbridge is provided through participating medical practices, so the fastest help usually starts with your practice or care team — but we're easy to reach directly, too.
Get the patient app
The willowbridge patient app is on the App Store and Google Play. It connects to your chart only through your practice, in three steps:
- Install the app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
- Ask your practice for your registration link or code. That is what connects the app to your chart; the app can't be used without it.
- Open the app, scan your registration QR code or paste your link, confirm your date of birth, and choose a four-digit PIN.
Get willowbridge care
willowbridge care is the app for your practice's care team, on the App Store and Google Play. It uses the willowbridge login your practice gives you:
- Sign in on the web first at app.willowbridge.app to set your password and two-factor authentication. The app can't do either.
- Install willowbridge care from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
- Sign in with your email, password and authenticator code. On a phone with Face ID or a fingerprint, that also signs you back in for the next 14 days: opening the app after a timeout costs one biometric prompt, not a code, and on day 14 the app asks for your password and code once more. Phones without biometrics unlock with a six-digit app PIN and sign in again when the session ends. Signing out, a password change or an administrator reset ends the phone's sign-in at once.

Patients using the willowbridge app
- Medical questions or symptoms: contact your care team through the app's Messages tab or call your doctor's office. If you think you are having an emergency, call 911 — the app is not for emergencies.
- Can't sign in / lost your registration link: your care team can issue a fresh registration link or QR code in seconds — call the office and ask.
- Forgot your PIN: ask your care team to reissue your access; you'll choose a new PIN.
- Deleting your app account: in the willowbridge app, tap Remove my access at the bottom of the Home screen and confirm. Your sign-in is deleted right away and your care team is told; your medical record stays with your practice. If you share glucose readings, tap Stop sharing on Share my CGM first. If you can't use the app, ask your care team or email [email protected]. What is deleted and what is kept: Privacy Policy, section 6.6.
- Requesting or correcting your records: your medical practice is the custodian of your record — ask them directly (see our Privacy Policy, section 6).
Care teams using willowbridge care
- Account or access issues: your practice administrator manages logins, roles, and two-factor resets from Tenant Settings.
- Product questions or issues: in willowbridge care, open More → Support (it reaches us directly), or email us below.
- The app keeps saying your password is wrong: sign in on the web at app.willowbridge.app first. If you have a temporary password or a password change is due, the web takes you through it, and the app can then sign in. If you were locked out after too many wrong tries, wait about 15 minutes and try again.
